Shipping policy

At The Doll Edit, we offer both ready-to-ship items and preorder items. Please read carefully before placing your order.

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Preorder items are ordered or produced in advance and require additional processing time.

Estimated processing and shipping times will be provided on each product page.

By purchasing a preorder item, you understand:

  • Processing times are longer than ready-to-ship items
  • Delays may occur due to production or supplier timelines
  • All preorder items are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

The Doll Edit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
